    ASDU is famous for its live house reef jealously guarded and protected by it's management. With 30 bungalows facing the beach, it's one of the smallest, and probably the most informally managed, resort island in the Maldives. The management endeavors to retain the traditional simplicity and the natural balance of the island, while providing varied services/facilities for an enjoyable and satisfying holiday.
The natural beauty of this tiny island is in its white sandy beach that recedes to crystal clear waters of the lagoon and in its exotic coral reef abundant in tropical fish of unimaginable colors. The fish literally swim with you and occasionally nudge you for new acquaintance. The reef, about 20 to 30 meters from the beach, is ideal for beginner-divers and for snorkeling. For the experienced diver there are the special off-shore reef diving spots as well as the channels that open to the Indian Ocean to have a rare glimpse of what life is with the undersea predators.

 - Airport Transfer:
Asdu Sun Island is connected to Male' Airport by means of Asdu high-speed boat service, to be arranged before arrival. The trip takes approx 1 hour and half to cover the 32 kms.
We never miss you on your arrival: Impex's Representative at the airport will meet all our guests at the airport, just outside the Customs exit gate and will guide the guests to where the transfer is taken.

- Accommodation Overview
       The resort offer only one type of room category, Beach Bungalows only. The rooms are just the same with a bit higher roof and larger than most of the other resort islands. Rooms include telephones, but modern amenities such as hot & cold water, air-conditioning and hairdryer are not included. The latticed space below the roof and the slatted windows keep the sun out but let the breeze through.
- Standard Room - (30 rooms / units)
   Each one of the 30 bungalows has its own verandah facing the beach and lying under the shadow of Asdu's lush vegetation. Each bungalow is equipped with telephone, allowing International direct calls, a ceiling fan, private toilette with shower and desalinated water.
- Double and triple accommodation are foreseen, while an extra bed is always possible.
These rooms are scattered across the island, the room facilities include ceiling fan, IDD telephone and a king sized bed.

  The cuisine is particularly cared: Asdu's Italian trained cooks serve delicious dishes prepared according to Italian, International and Maldivian recipes.
Full board price includes daily room charge, continental breakfast, lunch, dinner on set menu basis, and daily government tax - but does not include drinks, beverages and mineral water from the bar. Special dietary meals and special vegetarian dishes are not part of full board offered, and need to be ordered and paid for separately

      The resort has one of the best house reefs in maldives and hence is most popular for diving and snorkeling. This is truely paradise for anyone looking for snorkeling and diving. The resort also provides excursions to close-by uninhabited islands. and several water and land sports.

     Located in Asdu Sun Island, North Male Atoll, in the republic of Maldives, SUB MALDIVE ASDU diving center is part of the "SUB MALDIVE snc" diving centers group.
Activities span from Diving Courses (SSI and PADI methods) to Diving Excursions.
Diving teachers are professionals, while diving excursions are held by Gold Card holders (at least 500 diving experience).
Utilized diving materials have been chosen between best brands and annually revised or substituted.
SUB MALDIVE snc, with over 70,000 dives made under its supervision, never had any hyperbaric accident.
Notes:
Boat outings : US$ 10 per diver for each dive. (subject to change)
Certification fee for any diving course is Euro 30 (subject to change)
For all diving courses and packages and single dives, the dive centre provides the tank and weights – Equipment can be rented singly or as a package, rental for each day.
